1. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display colors and details accurately. Due to screen settings and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly.
2. Pricing : All prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Availability: Items are subject to availability. Made-to-order items have production lead times listed on the product page.

7. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-MEASURE ORDERS
For custom pieces, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Fit issues due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer are not covered.
8. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Eustine Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
