1. *Designs*: All Eustine Couture garments are original designs. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
2. *Accuracy*: We strive for accuracy in color and description. However, slight variations may occur due to fabric dye lots, lighting, and screen settings.
3. *Categories*: We sell Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order, and Custom/Fitted pieces.
*4. PRICING & PAYMENT*
1. All prices are in *South African Rand (ZAR)* and include VAT where applicable.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.
3. We accept payment via *[EFT]*.
4. Full payment is required before production and shipping.

*5. ORDERING, PRODUCTION & CANCELLATIONS*
1. *Ready-to-Wear*: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
2. *Made-to-Order & Custom*: Production begins within 3 business days. Once production starts, orders *cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded*.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom orders. Remakes due to incorrect customer measurements will incur new costs.
*6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY*
1. *Processing Time*: Ready-to-wear: 1-3 business days. Made-to-Order: 10-21 business days. Stated at checkout.
2. *Delivery Time*: South Africa: 2-5 business days. International: 7-14 business days. Times are estimates.
3. *Risk*: Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the courier.
4. *Address*: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Additional fees for redelivery due to incorrect info will be charged to you.
5. *Customs & Duties*: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
*7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - FINAL SALE POLICY*
Due to the bespoke nature of couture, *all sales are final*.
We do *NOT* accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
1. Ready-to-wear, sale, and accessory items
2. Made-to-order and custom/fitted garments
*Exceptions*: Within 48 hours of delivery, we will address:
1. Items damaged in transit
2. Manufacturing defects
3. Incorrect item sent
In these cases, we offer a *replacement, remake, or store credit* at our discretion. Photo/video proof required. Return shipping for approved claims is covered by us.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible.

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. We also offer free sizing consultation via WhatsApp. Eustine Couture is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect size selection or measurements provided by the customer.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of Eustine Couture and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
